CHAPTER 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1 – Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "General Terms and Conditions": These general terms and conditions, which apply to every legal relationship between a Visitor and the Organiser regarding the attendance of an Event with a Ticket, the purchase of a Ticket, and any related products and/or services.
- "Visitor": Any natural person who visits an Event, or who purchases a Ticket, product and/or service related to an Event via the Website. The Visitor is always a consumer acting outside the scope of professional or commercial activities.
- "Third Party(s)": Any party that sells products or provides services related to the Event, not being the Organiser.
- "Event": One Vision Festival, a multi-day hardstyle and hardcore music festival, including any associated camping facilities, organised by the Organiser in Kristianstad, Sweden.
- "Organiser": One Vision Festival AB, registered in Sweden, with registered address in Kristianstad, Sweden, responsible for organising and operating the Event.
- "Ticket": An admission ticket that provides the Visitor the right to attend an Event. This can be a physical ticket, digital ticket, or a digital barcode/QR code.
- "Website": onevisionfestival.com and any related websites operated by the Organiser.
Article 2 – Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply when the Visitor visits an Event with a Ticket, purchases a Ticket, and/or purchases related products or services via the Website.
2.2 By purchasing a Ticket, visiting an Event with a Ticket, and/or purchasing products and/or services via the Website, the Visitor accepts these General Terms and Conditions. These Terms also apply if the Ticket was acquired through a third party.
2.3 The Organiser can be contacted via email at hello@onevisionfestival.com or through the contact form on the Website.
2.4 These General Terms and Conditions are available on the Website and may be made available at the entrance of the Event.
2.5 These General Terms and Conditions apply solely to consumers and expressly exclude professional contracting parties.
Article 3 – Amendments
3.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended versions will be published on the Website. If amendments significantly affect the Visitor's rights or obligations, the Organiser will notify the Visitor via email or clearly communicate changes on the Website.
3.2 By continuing to use the Website or attending the Event after amendments have been published, the Visitor accepts the amended General Terms and Conditions.
CHAPTER 2: VISITING THE EVENT
Article 4 – Tickets
4.1 Access to the Event is only granted upon presentation of a valid and undamaged Ticket. Visitors may be required to present valid identification for age verification purposes.
4.2 One Vision Festival is an 18+ event. Persons under 18 years of age will be refused entry without the Organiser being obliged to refund the Ticket price.
4.3 Tickets are and remain the property of the Organiser. Access is granted only to the first holder whose Ticket is scanned at the entrance. The Organiser may presume that the Ticket holder is entitled to attend the Event.
4.4 From the moment the Ticket is provided to the Visitor, the Visitor bears the risk of loss, theft, damage, or misuse. Each Ticket is issued once and grants access to one person only.
4.5 The Organiser reserves the right to set a maximum number of Tickets per Visitor.
4.6 Only purchases from authorised sales channels guarantee Ticket validity. The Ticket may consist of a barcode provided via electronic communication. The Organiser cannot guarantee confidentiality or delivery of electronically issued Tickets. Scanning Tickets from mobile devices is at the Visitor's own risk.
4.7 If the Visitor leaves the Event venue, re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. Visitors must keep their wristband attached at all times during the festival.
Article 5 – Prohibition of Resale
5.1 Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
5.2 The Organiser may designate an authorised resale platform. Reselling Tickets through unauthorised channels is strictly prohibited. Access may be refused for Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources.
5.3 The Visitor may not use the Event or Tickets for advertising or publicity purposes without prior written consent.
5.4 If a Visitor transfers a Ticket to a third party, the Visitor must ensure the recipient accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The original Visitor remains responsible for the recipient's compliance.
5.5 Violation of this article may result in an immediately payable penalty of SEK 100,000 per violation, plus SEK 50,000 for each day the violation continues, without prejudice to the Organiser's right to claim additional damages.
5.6 Non-compliance with these Terms entitles the Organiser to invalidate Tickets and refuse entry without refund.
Article 6 – Security and Surveillance
6.1 The Organiser is entitled to search Visitors before and during the Event. Refusal to be searched may result in denied entry or removal from the Event without refund.
6.2 CCTV cameras may be in operation at the Event venue for surveillance and safety purposes.
Article 7 – Prohibited Items
7.1 The following items are prohibited at the Event and may be confiscated:
- Professional photography, film, drone, sound, and recording equipment
- Glassware and plastic bottles
- Alcoholic beverages and outside food
- Selfie sticks exceeding 1.5 metres when extended
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances (as defined under Swedish law, including the Narkotikastrafflagen)
- Nitrous oxide (cartridges)
- Fireworks and pyrotechnics
- Weapons and dangerous objects (including spray cans, CS gas, knives)
- Animals (except certified service animals)
- Laser pointers
7.2 Visitors breaching this prohibition may be refused entry or removed from the Event without refund and may be handed over to police. Confiscated items will not be returned.
Article 8 – Refusal of Entry
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event if deemed necessary for public order and safety, or if a Visitor:
- Violates any provision of these General Terms and Conditions
- Wears clothing, texts, or symbols deemed offensive, discriminatory, or likely to cause aggression
- Does not comply with dress code requirements (if applicable)
- Presents a Ticket suspected of being counterfeit
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent affecting safety
Article 9 – Recordings
9.1 Professional or commercial recording of the Event (photographing, filming, drone footage, sound/image recordings) requires express prior written consent from the Organiser.
9.2 Personal recordings made with non-professional equipment (such as smartphones) are strictly for personal use and may not be used commercially or made available to the public.
Article 10 – Assumption of Risk and Liability
10.1 The Visitor enters the Event venue (including parking areas, camping sites, and shuttle buses) and attends the Event at their own risk.
10.2 HEARING WARNING: Loud music will be played during the Event. The Organiser strongly advises Visitors to wear hearing protection at all times and to take regular breaks in quiet areas. The Organiser accepts no liability for hearing damage.
10.3 The Organiser's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from attributable shortcomings, up to the amount covered by the Organiser's liability insurance.
10.4 Liability for indirect damage, consequential loss, intangible damage, loss of profits, or business interruption is excluded.
10.5 Any damage claims must be reported to the Organiser within 48 hours of the Event via hello@onevisionfestival.com.
10.6 The Visitor shall indemnify the Organiser against all third-party claims for damages caused by the Visitor.
Article 11 – Programme
The Organiser aims to execute the Event programme as announced but is not liable for deviations, including artist cancellations, schedule changes, or variations in performance duration. Starting times indicated on Tickets are subject to change.
Article 12 – Event Rules
12.1 Visitors must comply with all regulations, instructions, and directions from the Organiser, security staff, emergency services, police, and other authorised personnel.
12.2 Additional rules specific to the Event venue will be announced on-site and/or on the Website.
Article 13 – Image and Sound Recordings by Organiser
13.1 The Organiser and/or performers are authorised to make image and sound recordings of the Event and Visitors for commercial purposes, including reproduction and publication.
13.2 By obtaining a Ticket and/or entering the Event, the Visitor consents to such recordings and their use without compensation. The Visitor waives any copyright, neighbouring rights, or portrait rights to such recordings, to the extent permitted by Swedish law.
Article 14 – Smoke-Free Policy
14.1 Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited in all indoor areas, including temporary structures and tents. In outdoor areas, smoking is only permitted in designated zones.
14.2 Violation of smoking rules may result in removal from the Event without refund.
Article 15 – Cashless Payment
15.1 The Event may operate a cashless payment system. Details will be provided on the Website and at the Event.
15.2 Any remaining balance on cashless payment methods may be refunded after the Event, subject to conditions and fees published on the Website.
15.3 The Organiser is not liable for loss or theft of payment cards or RFID wristbands.
Article 16 – Camping
16.1 Camping facilities may be offered subject to availability and require a separate camping ticket.
16.2 In addition to items prohibited under Article 7, the following are not permitted at the campsite:
- Motorhomes, caravans, and vehicles (must be parked in designated areas)
- Candles, torches, oil/gas lamps, gas cylinders
- Barbecues and cooking equipment
- Generators and large sound systems
16.3 Camping is only permitted in designated areas. Specific campsite rules will be published on the Website and at the campsite entrance.
CHAPTER 3: TICKET PURCHASES
Article 17 – Purchasing Tickets
17.1 Tickets are sold through the Website and authorised sales partners. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and conditions.
17.2 The Organiser is not liable for errors or malfunctions in third-party payment systems.
17.3 Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to Ticket purchases, as these constitute agreements for leisure activities with a specific date of performance. The Visitor is informed of this exclusion before purchase.
Article 18 – Third-Party Products and Services
18.1 The Website may offer products and services from Third Parties. When purchasing from Third Parties, the Visitor enters into an agreement with that Third Party, and their terms and conditions apply.
18.2 The Organiser is not a party to agreements between the Visitor and Third Parties and is not liable for Third Party products or services.
18.3 The Visitor indemnifies the Organiser against any claims arising from agreements with Third Parties.
Article 19 – Cancellation and Force Majeure
19.1 In case of force majeure (including but not limited to: artist illness/cancellation, strikes, terrorist threats, governmental orders, fire, severe weather, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control), the Organiser may reschedule or cancel the Event.
19.2 The Organiser is not liable for damages arising from rescheduling or cancellation due to force majeure.
19.3 In case of full cancellation, the Organiser will refund the Ticket face value (excluding service fees, travel costs, and accommodation) to Visitors who purchased from authorised sales channels. Refund procedures will be published on the Website.
19.4 If the Event is rescheduled, Tickets remain valid for the new date. Visitors unable to attend the new date may request a refund of the Ticket face value (excluding service fees) within the timeframe specified on the Website.
19.5 In case of partial cancellation (e.g., reduced programme or shortened Event), the Organiser may offer partial refunds at its discretion.
CHAPTER 4: FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 20 – Website Information
While the Organiser exercises care in providing information on the Website, no guarantees are given regarding the accuracy or completeness of such information. The Organiser is not responsible for content on third-party websites accessed via hyperlinks.
Article 21 – Liability Limitations
21.1 The Organiser is not liable for errors, omissions, or limited information on the Website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
21.2 The Organiser does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website and is not liable for viruses, bugs, or technical issues.
21.3 The Organiser is not liable for loss or theft of property at the Event venue or camping site.
Article 22 – Personal Data
The Organiser processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Article 23 – Intellectual Property
23.1 All content on the Website and at the Event, including music, designs, logos, trademarks, and software, is the intellectual property of the Organiser or its licensors.
23.2 Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the Visitor.
23.3 The Visitor may make personal use of lawfully purchased products but may not reproduce, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
Article 24 – Severability
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Article 25 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
25.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
25.2 Any disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in Sweden, unless another court has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.
25.3 For consumer disputes, the Visitor may also submit complaints to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
