With roots in the Middle East and based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Aranea has established herself as a distinctive voice in the Swedish underground techno scene. She is a co-founder of the CXVII collective — a space where techno and kink culture meet — and a resident at both Equus, which highlights powerful female energy, and Abstrakt, known for pushing the hard techno sound in Gothenburg. She has performed across Europe — Sweden, Berlin, Bulgaria, Finland, Norway and Amsterdam (ADE). With her track “Studio 16,” released on the Amsterdam-based label Techno Wereld, she continues to build her international presence — with more music on the way and an upcoming debut on Teletec. Her DJ sets are driven by relentless schranz, infused with hard techno energy and an industrial edge, always built around storytelling, emotion and power.
